Welcome Kelvin! Thanks for your time today. We are going to
jump right in – you just dropped a teaser for new music coming soon! What
details can you give us?
Yes, I have new music in the works and where I plan to
release it Spring of 2020. It is called “I Be the Best” featuring
Rico Barre (IG: @officialykr). The only way to hear the single before
spring of 2020 is to come to my shows. Until then, I will release small teasers
on social media.
I see that the video looks like it is animated, was this your
idea and how did that concept come about?
The new music video release date is January 24th. This
video is for my previously released single “Roller Coaster”. The
single has been having great success being played in over 20k retail stores and
I wanted to add a music video to it. I decided to have it to be animated
because the song itself is a feel good fun song and animation gives off the
same vibe. The idea just came to me in a dream and I asked my friend Tiffiney
Cornish to help me layout my idea into a storyboard. Seeing the video come
alive is literally a dream come true!
Now that we know you have new music on the way, will you also
be going on tour?
Yes, I plan to have a tour Summer 2020.
Okay, tell us what is the last song that you heard that you
just can’t stop listening too?
“Spirit” by Beyoncé
I know this is going to be tough, but if you had to pick one
– which of your songs you have released or yet to release if your favorite?
Yeah that is tough, but I would have to say my first
single “Marked and Scarred” is more of an emotional attachment since
it was about the death of my grandmother.

potential international tour!
