‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’: Here’s How to Stream the Season Finale on Disney+ for Free

The season finale of Percy Jackson and the Olympians, the highly anticipated series adaptation of the popular fantasy novels, arrives on Disney+ on Tuesday (Jan. 30).

The eight-episode series is about a 12-year-old boy who finds out that he’s the son of the Greek god Zeus, and sets out on a mission to find his father’s missing lightning bolt to “restore order in Mount Olympus and save the world.”

Walker Scobell stars as Percy, Leah Sava Jeffries and Aryan Simhadri portray his friends Annabeth and Grover.

Percy Jackson & The Olympians premiered on Dec. 20. The first episode garnered 26.2 million views across Hulu and Disney+.

How to Watch Percy Jackson & the Olympians

Percy Jackson and the Olympians consists of eight episodes. Disney+ subscribers can stream the first seven episodes now. The season finale will premiere on Tuesday at 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET on Disney+.

A Hero’s Journey: The Making of Percy Jackson & the Olympians will debut on Disney+ directly after the season finale. Taking fans inside the creation of the hit series, the 50-minute documentary features the cast and creative team behind the show in addition to Percy Jackson author Rick Riordan.

Although the first episode of Percy Jackson and the Olympians premiered on Disney+ and Hulu, the remaining episodes are only available on Disney+. Episode 1 will be available to stream on Hulu until Jan. 31.

How much is Disney+? Plans start at just $7.99/month for Disney+ Basic and $13.99/month Disney+ Premium (ad-free).

Disney+ also offers annual plans in addition to bundles with Hulu and ESPN+ starting at $9.99/month. Eligible Hulu subscribers can add Disney+ for an additional $2.99/month.

Unfortunately, Disney+ doesn’t offer a free trial, but you might be able to find one through a third party such as Verizon and credit card companies that offer Disney+ credits such as Capital One and American Express.

The Disney+ streaming library features a bunch of original series and must-watch movies such as Loki, Bluey, Echo, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, Andor, Elemental, Home Alone, Doctor Who, What If…?, Ahsoka, The Little Mermaid, The Book of Boba Fett, The Mandalorian. Music fans will find a range of exclusive content on Disney+ including BTS Monuments and Elton John’s Emmy-winning concert documentary Elton John Live: Farewell from Dodger Stadium.
