Snoop Dogg has revealed that he is planning to reunite with a crip-walking horse at 2024 Olympics in Paris.

The iconic Westside rapper appeared as a guest on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and teased his jam-packed year ahead. The ‘Gin & Juice’ singer opened up about his upcoming debut as a vocal coach on NBC’s The Voice later this fall and his return as an NBC correspondent at the 2024 Olympics in Paris this summer.

“Well, if you know anything about me, you know I love all forms of music. So this is a great opportunity for me to show that I really understand music and, you know, to be a real coach and to really give direction to some of these artists that could be, you know, today’s next big thing,” Snoop said in regards to him joining Reba McEntire, Gwen Stefani, and Michael Bublé on The Voice.

He added: “That’s what people are going to learn about me is that that’s why I feel like people attract to me, because I’m not one-sided. I’m not just for you. I’m for everybody. I’m the people’s champ.”

As for the 2024 Olympics, Snoop will be reporting for the games’ primetime show beginning July 26 on NBC and Peacock. The rapper debuted as a correspondent alongside Kevin Hart during the 2021 Tokyo Olympics and went viral for his reaction to a horse he saw “crip-walking” during the Equestrian event.

“Oh the horse crip-walking, you see that? On the set! That’s gangster. This horse is off the chain, I gotta get this motherfucker in a video,” Snoop said in the 2021 viral video.

Speaking to Fallon, the rapper shared: “I’m going to meet the horse in real life. He’s the returning champ. So I got to go meet him — you know what I’m saying? — and let him know I’m a big fan.”

In other news, Suge Knight recently said Snoop Dogg was a part of Tupac’s “downfall” when criticising Drake’s ‘Taylor Made Freestyle’ diss track.

Snoop was also surprised to see Drake use his likeness on ‘Taylor Made Freestyle’ with the use of artificial intelligence, taking to Instagram to share his reaction. “They did what? When? How? Are you sure? [Sigh] Y’all have a good night,” he said. “Why [is] everybody calling my phone, blowing me up? What the fuck? What happened? What’s going on? I’m going back to bed. Good night.”

Knight then slammed Snoop Dogg on an episode of his podcast, Collect Calls With Suge Knight, while criticising Drake for “putting [Tupac] on a song with Snoop”, saying that the latter “was a part of his downfall and exit, ain’t ever a good look.”
