The Republican nominee recently gave a speech at a rally in Waukesha, Wisconsin, where he made the controversial comments.
However, the Bronx rapper was not pleased with his remarks, pointing to the tragic death of Sonya Massey. Bodycam footage revealed the 36-year-old was shot in the face by a white deputy police officer, Sean Grayson, on July 6 in Springfield, Illinois. Massey called the police over worries someone was intruding her home.
Grayson has since been arrested and charged with three counts of first-degree murder. He is being held in Menard County Jail without bond and has plead not guilty. His defense attorney has further declined to comment on the case to AP.
Taking to X/Twitter, Cardi B wrote: “AFTER WATCHING SONYA MASSEY GET KILLED IN 4K …..just wow …he never changed.”

The rapper has been outspoken about her views on the current US Presidential race. She recently reminded fans that she has endorsed Kamala Harris long before Joe Biden withdrew from the race.
“I feel like it was very selfish of Biden [to] continue to run for President,” she is heard saying in some old clips, which were posted last month. “They should’ve passed the torch to Kamala. This was the perfect moment for her.”
She then pointed to the date the clips were filmed – June 30 – adding: “Been told y’all Kamala should’ve been the 2024 candidate. Y’all be trying to play the Bronx education, baby this what I do!!! Been my passion.. don’t let my accent fool y’all.”
In other news, Cardi B has recently responded to the “obvious anticipation” around her upcoming new album, telling fans that it will be “coming this year”.
