A$AP Rocky has received a backlash from Taylor Swift fans after he used her name in a video for a new song entitled ‘Taylor Swif’.

The clip, which you can view below, was filmed in Kyiv, Ukraine, two months before the Russian invasion which started in 2022.

The track first leaked that same year after he performed it at Rolling Loud in Portugal but it has now finally got an official release.

It features the lyrics: “I’m too swift, don’t tell Taylor ’bout this shit (Yeah, a stick-up kid) /
I’m too swift (Yeah, yeah), now don’t tell Taylor ’bout this shit.”

Since its release many of Taylor Swift’s fans have criticised the song.

“Asap rocky is a clout chaser lol using Tailor Swif as the title,” one wrote while another added: “Why does every male rapper wanna have beef with her?”

The rapper is yet to comment on the criticism from Swift’s fans.

‘Tailor Swif’ follows the Jessica Pratt–featuring ‘Highjack’ track, which dropped earlier this month and is set to feature on his new album ‘Don’t Be Dumb’.

The rapper co-produced that track, which also features backing vocals from Jon Batiste and Creed B Good, with Hitkidd, Zach Fogarty, Greg Kurstin, Jordan Patrick, and Rex Kudo.

The album had originally been due to drop yesterday (August 30), but has since been pushed back to the autumn.

Tyler, The CreatorMetro Boomin, Madlib, Pharrell WilliamsSwedish House Mafia, The Alchemist, Clams Casino, Mike Dean and more also feature on the record.
