Suge Knight has slammed Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg and more for being silent and not “stepping up” after Diddy‘s recent arrest.

Earlier this month, Diddy – real name Sean Combs – was arrested and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has since been detained in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center,

This week (September 25), Knight spoke to Chris Cuomo on NewsNation from prison – where he is serving 28 years for a 2015 fatal hit-and-run – and called out some of the biggest rappers for not denouncing Combs’ behaviour.

“I look at it real plain and simple: [I] ain’t no whistleblower,” he said over the phone. “The facts [are] there but, right now, I don’t care if it’s T.I., I don’t care if it’s Rick Ross, I don’t care if it’s Jay[-Z], I don’t care if it’s Snoop [Dogg], I don’t care if it’s [The] Game, I don’t care if it’s Drake, nobody is stepping up.”

Some rappers have commented on Diddy’s recent arrests. 50 Cent has always spoken out against the rap mogul and is even making a documentary about Combs and his crimes.

LL Cool J was asked his opinions on Diddy’s arrest while on the red carpet for the Black Music Action Coalition gala, to which he said he has none but he “feels for his kids.” At the same event, Flavor Flav told Sky News: “You know what, I’mma tell you, when anybody asks me my opinion on Diddy, you know what my opinion is? I have none. I ain’t got no answers for a Diddy question. None.”

Former Bad Boy signee Shyne said Diddy “destroyed” his life after the latter refused to take any responsibility for a December 1999 nightclub shooting that injured three people. During the trial, Shyne was sentenced to prison, while Combs was acquitted of all charges – a decision that the current Belize politician has criticised.

Knight also shared his thoughts on Diddy’s criminal behaviour in his NewsNation interview, claiming that the ‘Bad Boy For Life’ star “repeated what was done to him” and many in the music industry “knew what was going on”.

The LA businessman also theorised that Combs won’t have an open-and-shut case due to his powerful connections.

“He’s not a dummy so he’s smart enough to work his magic,” Knight explained. “On top of that, he’s been involved with the FBI for most of his career. He got powerful people. One of his partners who started his company with drug money, President Obama got him out of prison!”

The 59-year-old added: “So it’s not like he don’t have no moves. I don’t think nobody should just count him out. I don’t think he’s gonna lay down and curl in the corner and die.”

The Death Row co-founder also commented on the news that Diddy is on suicide watch and is “paranoid” about being poisoned.

“I don’t wanna say he’s in danger and neither should he say that,” he said. “Because once he gets to the point where they feel he’s gonna be suicidal, you don’t have the rights to nothing: no sock, no drawers, no T-shirt, no blanket, no sheets. You’re naked in a cell as a crazy man, so he definitely don’t wanna do that.”

Last November, Diddy’s former girlfriend and label signee Cassie Ventura filed the first in a series of sexual abuse lawsuits against him. The duo settled the case a day after it was filed.

Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones – a producer and contributor for Combs’ latest album, ‘The Love Album: Off The Grid’filed his own case against Diddy, claiming that he drugged him, forcing him to have sex with prostitutes, and held parties where underage girls and sex workers were present. The lawsuit is still ongoing and Diddy denied the allegation.

This month, two more women have pressed charges against Diddy. On September 12, Danity Kane and Diddy Dirty Money member Dawn Richards said her former boss sexually assaulted her, deprived her of food and sleep and refused to pay her adequately. She also stated that she witnessed Combs abuse Ventura. Combs also retains his innocence and denies Richards’ claims.

Two weeks later, a woman came forward and said Diddy and his bodyguard drugged, raped her and filmed the incident in 2001. The alleged victim, Thalia Graves, claimed she has suffered from depression, anxiety and panic attacks ever since the incident. Diddy continues to deny her claim and all wrongdoing.
