Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused by his former assistant of forcing him to clean up after the rapper’s notorious ‘Wild King Night’ parties.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles yesterday (December 23), lawyers for the former assistant, Philip Pines, claim that between December 2019 to December 2021, Combs pressured Pines into having sex with a woman and orchestrated parties filed with sex, drugs and alcohol.

Pines says he was given the title of senior executive assistant and claims he was asked to set-up for Combs’ so-called ‘Wild King Nights’.

He also alleges that Combs knowingly exposed a celebrity guest to Covid-19 at his 51st birthday party, and that Combs pressured him to engage in sex with a female guest. Pines also claims he witnessed Combs violently kicking a guest in Miami.

Pines alleges that his tasks included arranging for drugs, alcohol, and sex-related paraphernalia to be brought in and cleaning up after the parties concluded, including removing drug evidence and bodily stains from rooms. He also says he had to delete any incriminating videos from Combs’ devices, and ensuring that no one spoke about the parties.

Pines claims that he was asked on multiple occasions to set up rooms for Combs’ parties, providing “red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana joints, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, astro glide, towels, illegal drugs and power banger sex machines”.

There are also allegations of Combs trying to test Pines’ loyalty, including asking him to return to work to find the TV remote, and that his party clean-up duties were assigned to avoid additional hotel cleaning fees.

In a statement to Variety on the latest civil claim, Combs’ representatives said: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The rap mogul is set to be jailed until his trial begins in May 2025. He previously pleaded not guilty to an indictment that has seen him charged with racketeering and sex trafficking, and his trial in the federal criminal case is set to begin on May 5 next year.

Diddy has – through legal representatives – denied all allegations against him to date. Should he be found guilty, he could face 15 years to life in prison.

He has been held in a federal jail in Brooklyn since his arrest on September 16, and has been denied bail on multiple occasions, with the first denial coming after he offered a $50million (£38.4million) bond. He was subsequently reportedly placed on suicide watch.

Combs was denied bail for the third time last month, with the judge declaring that “the government has shown by clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community”.

Last week, it was reported that Combs was reportedly being housed in the same jail as Luigi Mangione, the chief suspect in the investigation into the murder of a healthcare CEO.
