Later, Moore posted footage showing the aftermath in her neighborhood, describing the scene as “heartbreaking.” She wrote, “I love you, Altadena. She said, “Our community is broken, but we will be here to rebuild together.”

The Eaton Fire, part of a series of wildfires in Los Angeles, has burned over 10,600 acres and devastated homes in Altadena and Pasadena. Strong winds fueled the fire, triggering evacuations. Similarly, the Pacific Palisades fire scorched nearly 12,000 acres, displacing celebrities like Jamie Lee Curtis and Mark Hamill. Stars including Diane Warren and Cameron Mathison confirmed losing their homes.

The wildfires have disrupted Hollywood, delaying the Critics Choice Awards and Oscar nominations. The wildfires halted productions like Jimmy Kimmel Live and Grey’s Anatomy as authorities revoked film permits and restricted access to the Hollywood sign for safety reasons.

In her closing message, Moore thanked first responders and friends who offered shelter and support. She wrote, “Sending love to all affected and to those on the front lines trying to get this under control.”
