Elon Musk reportedly shoved gay treasury secretary during heated White House argument

Transphobic billionaire Elon Musk reportedly shoved gay Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent during a screaming match last April after Bessent confronted Musk about failing to meet his pledge to cut a trillion dollars from government operating costs. The details of the confrontation were only recently shared by former Chief White House Strategist Steve Bannon.

“Scott Bessent called him out and said, ‘You promised us a trillion dollars (in cuts), and now you’re at like $100 billion, and nobody can find anything, what are you doing?” Bannon told The Daily Mail.

Bessent gave transphobic billionaire Elon Musk access to one of the most sensitive – and important – computer systems in the federal government.

Bannon said the two billionaires then moved from the Oval Office to outside Chief of Staff Susie Wiles’ office, and then outside the office of the then National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz.

“And that’s when Elon got physical. It’s a sore subject with him,” Bannon claimed. “It wasn’t an argument, it was a physical confrontation. Elon basically shoved him.”

The president completely with Bessent after the clash, Bannon added, saying, “I don’t think Bessent has any bad blοod, but he’s got a job to do and he’s going to do it.”

Anti-LGBTQ+ White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt somewhat acknowledged that some sort of confrontation occurred when asked by a journalist about it last Friday.

“It’s no secret [the president] has put together a team of people who are incredibly passionate about the issues impacting our country,” she said in a statement to DailyMail.com. “Disagreements are a normal part of any healthy policy process.”

In his role for the White House, Musk first slashed millions in healthcare and food programs for the poorest people in the world and then accessed sensitive U.S. citizen data from major federal agency databases for unknown purposes. A recent New York Times report accused Musk of regularly using various drugs during his time in the White House.
