Beardonna is the one and only, original parody bear extraordinaire! AKA the dollar store Madonna and the queen of raunch, is no ordinary drag performer. Fueled by his love of singing, making people laugh and the deep desire to make crazy costumes as cheap as possible, Beardonna, an award-winning cosplayer, is a parody artist who loves to take pop songs and other favorites, from any artist and put an adult sexy, humorous twist on them. Sometimes dirty, sometimes gross, always funny.
Besides performing numerous times at the Stonewall Inn, Beardonna has also graced the stages of many favorite New York night spots, including, the Duplex, the Ritz, Uncle Charlie’s Midtown., the Metropolitan Room, Nowhere bar, Rock Bar, G Lounge, Industry Bar, the NYC LGBT Expo, Cherries on the Bay in Fire Island, as well as Trixie’s Warehouse and Rocks in Hudson, NY, Eastern Mountain. Taboo in Philadelphia. The Dunes Resort and Michigan. Club Paradise Switch bar and poolside at the Hotel Tides during Asbury Park’s bear weekend and special guest at the inaugural Montclair Pride Drag Show and the inaugural Montclair Halloween Drag Show.
Beardonna has also had the honor of writing, recording and singing the theme song ” Shout to Cure Aids” for the Foundation to Cure AIDS and performed it during the 2017 New York City Pride Parade.
Bear also hosts and performs in “All That Drag”, a super popular drag musical comedy show at Maureen ‘s Jazz Cellar in Nyack, NY every month for the last six years.
