What happens in the Blood Omen video?

The video provides a behind-the-scenes look into the production of Blood Omen, which follows a couple on a run who stop at a gas station where religious freaks are harvesting body parts. It features the director and the cast talking about its character-driven thriller story, engaging characters, and themes. They also described the movie as “Bonnie and Clyde meets Saw.” It also includes a montage of clips from different movies, teasing the creative team’s vision for the upcoming horror movie.

Blood Omen is written and directed by Paperback Hero filmmaker Antony J. Bowman, with Mark Forstater serving as a producer. The movie stars Jesse Garcia (Flamin’ Hot, Quinceañera) as Doc Ferguson, Sofia Masson (Waltzing with Brando) as Abby Gomez, Adam Gibson as haunted war veteran Luke, and Jordan Claire Robbins (The Umbrella Academy) as assassin Roxy.

Joining Blood Omen on the slate are The Head, a franchise-ready supernatural horror, and Two Dicks, a crime thriller with festival crossover appeal. All three films are fully scripted and packaged, and while each stands on its own, they share the wider Screambird universe.

“We are thrilled to announce the Screambird Trilogy, a bold new package of three powerful genre horror films,” Dreambird Studios co-founder Nathan Neuman said in a statement. “While each film stands on its own, they sit within the wider Screambird universe and are structured as a cross-collateralized slate, giving the package both creative flexibility and commercial strength. Moviehouse brings extensive expertise in the global genre market, while Mark Forstater’s legacy as producer of the iconic horror classic XTRO gives the project a powerful foundation. Together, we believe Screambird has the potential to become a distinctive and commercially exciting horror label with real international appeal.”
