Sinead O’Connor‘s official cause of death has been revealed one year later.  According to a report from the Irish Independent, which obtained a copy of the famed singer’s death report, O’Connor died from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma combined with a low-grade lower respiratory tract infection.
