Lord Yoshii Toranaga, played by Hiroyuki Sanada, is one of the key characters. Moreover, Cosmo Jarvis and Anna Sawai essay Pilot Major John Blackthorne and Toda Mariko, respectively. Other cast members include Tadanobu Asano as Kashigi Yabushige, Hiroto Kanai as Kashigi Omi, Takehiro Hira as Ishido Kazunari, Moeka Hoshi as Usami Fuji, Shinnosuke Abe as Toda Buntaro, Tokuma Nishioka as Toda “Iron Fist” Hiromatsu, Yasunari Takeshima as Muraji, and many others.
