My Demon actor Song Kang is ready to set foot on the army grounds to serve his mandatory military duty. Ahead of his enlistment, he shared his gratitude toward his fans through a letter and expressed his thoughts. So, without further ado, let’s scroll to find out what he has to say.

The South Korean actor’s agency, Namoo Actors, declared that he would not hold any official events while entering the recruit training center. They further shared that he would enlist privately to prevent any safety measures. The actor’s performance in My Demon was widely appreciated by the viewers. Now his fans have to wait till he returns.

Song Kang expresses gratitude as he enlists for active duty in the army

A few hours back, Song Kang shared a series of pictures exuding his buzz cut for his military look. Along with those images, his caption reads, “Good!! Work Hard!!! I will be back!!!”

As reported in Sports Donga, Song Kang expressed his gratitude by saying (originally in Korean), “These days, so many memories and years since my debut in 2017 are passing by like a flash.” He further explained, “I won’t be with you all for a little while, but time comes back quickly, so I hope to see you in person again then with a grateful and healthy heart.”

The actor continued in his letter, promising his fans to do better. Kang shared, “There are many things I want to do when I go to the military, and one of them is learning a new language. I don’t want to waste the year and a half in vain.”

Apart from My Demon, Song Kang’s other notable works are Sweet Home, Love Alarm, Nevertheless, and others. While he will be away from the industry, he will be next seen in Sweet Home Season 3.
