2025’s Horror Monster Movie & More Peacock Releases This Week

Peacock’s new releases this week include one of 2025’s scariest monster movies, among several other titles.

Arriving on Peacock on June 18, Leigh Whannell’s 2025 supernatural horror Wolf Man centers on a San Francisco family that inherits a remote Oregon farmhouse. After a mysterious attack on day one leaves dad Blake, played by Christopher Abbott, scratched, he begins a horrifying biological shift into a werewolf. As his body mutates into something inhuman, his family faces a brutal fight for survival.

Dropping on the same date, Season 3 of the British tech-thriller The Capture jumps ahead one year. After exposing the illegal “Correction” video-tampering program, Holliday Grainger’s Rachel Carey steps up as Acting Commander of Counter Terrorism Command. Now she’s up against global conspiracies and deepfakes. To win back public trust, she launches an “unhackable” surveillance system that puts everything on the line.

Meanwhile, Season 3 of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys releases on Peacock this week, on June 15. The new season opens with the McBee family racing to save their ranching and farming legacy as patriarch Steve McBee Sr. stares down prison after a major FBI probe.

Additionally, The Real Housewives of Rhode Island wraps Season 1 with a dramatic finale streaming June 15 on Peacock. Episode 11, “Stay Calm and Carry On,” centers on Rulla and Brian’s Arabian Nights end-of-summer party. The finale delivers fiery clashes among the cast, tense reconciliations, and a jaw-dropping reveal.

The Season 1 finale of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island brings together all seven main housewives, Alicia Carmody, Rosie DiMare, Ashley Iaconetti, Liz McGraw, Rulla Nehme Pontarelli, Kelsey Swanson, and Jo-Ellen Tiberi. Joining them is The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania, who appears in a “friend of” role.
