Page took to Instagram to share a series of images and videos from his training session with coach Nolan. In the first picture, the actor can be seen posing with Nolan as he showcases his shredded physique. The next two are videos that show him boxing and training, with dedication and determination. In the caption, he appreciated his coach while disclosing how he helps him achieve his goals.
Page wrote, “I’ve been incredibly fortunate to train with @coachnol. He’s a brilliant teacher, not just in the way he breaks down complex movements, but also in his strategic understanding of boxing and his thoughtful approach to the psychological side of the sport.” Moreover, he also cited how training with Nolan has become a crucial part of his life. He recommended him to people residing in NYC and looking for the right coach. “Just be warned, you may end up getting as hooked as I am,” he concluded.

In a conversation with GQ in 2023, Page revealed that he carries his Quest VR for workouts when he travels. “I bring that with me so then when I’m in a hotel, I can do it pretty much anywhere as long as there’s WiFi. The fitness program [I use] is called Supernatural; there’s something called Flow, and then there’s also boxing on it. I do both depending on my mood. It’s so fun,” the 39-year-old explained.
