Ryan Seacrest reportedly has a new girlfriend, Dutch model Maxime Nova. And although little is known about the exact status of their relationship, the Wheel of Fortune host has been getting candid about going to bed angry.
The host talked about it on a recent episode of his radio show On Air With Ryan Seacrest.
“I used to think you can’t go to bed angry. Now I know you can,” he said on his show on August 18, before explaining, “Because the next day things are so much better.”
“Time. This too shall pass. Time corrects so much that seems so intense in the moment. I know in relationships, I have always said recently, ‘Let’s just sleep on it and see if we have a different perspective tomorrow,’” he said.
“Sleep time isn’t even real time,” his costar, Tanya Rad, said.
“What do you mean it’s not real time?” their other costar, Sisanie, asked.
“You’re sleeping!” Rad replied.
“But you wake up refreshed,” Sisanie said.
“The next day, things seem not so bad,” Seacrest replied.
“Exactly. You sleep on it,” Sisanie said.
“My advice to you, Tanya, as a newbie in the relationship category, is don’t try to solve the crime before you go to sleep. Sleep on it!” Seacrest said.
Sisanie agreed while Rad said that she cannot go to sleep like that. “I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep,” she said. Rad married Roby Yadegar on March 15, 2025, and Seacrest officiated the wedding.
“Your shoulders are already carrying tension, just by saying that,” Seacrest said.
“Yeah, the thought of going to sleep in a fight makes me anxious,” Rad admitted.
Seacrest then showed his cohost how to breathe to get rid of tension, which was just breathing out a big breath with their mouths open. Sisanie said he was right, and her shoulders instantly dropped. Rad said it wasn’t working for her, and her cohosts said it’s because she’s too tense.
The bedtime discussion came amid reports of Seacrest dating 36-year-old Dutch model Maxime Nova, according to Page Six.
“He is completely besotted with her. And she feels the same about him as well,” a source told the outlet. “They are head over heels.”
In June, the couple was seen sharing an intimate al fresco dinner in France, fueling rumors that things were heating up. Nova, 36, previously dated Mohamed Hadid, the father of supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid.
