What To Know
- Widow’s Bay star Jeff Hiller is set to guest star in CBS’s new comedy Eternally Yours.
- Get to know his character, Aldrict, as we break down the first-look photos from his appearance.
A spooky crossover is afoot as Widow’s Bay star Jeff Hiller joins CBS‘s new supernatural comedy Eternally Yours as a guest star. The actor is no stranger to the universes crafted by showrunners Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, as Hiller recently appeared in their other hit, Ghosts.
For those less acquainted with the new title, Eternally Yours follows a coven of vampires in the northwestern United States, where 500 years into marriage, the undead Charles (Ed Weeks) and Liz (Allegra Edwards) are more than eager to put a stake in their romance. But they’re held together by their daughter Emma (Helen J. Shen), who is shaking things up when she falls in love with a human named Max (Jaren Lewison).
Set to premiere on Thursday, October 8 on CBS, Eternally Yours will further expand the supernatural universe the Joes began cultivating with Ghosts back in 2021 and continue to do so as we look ahead to Season 6’s Halloween special airing October 29.

Until then, fans can look forward to the arrival of Hiller’s Eternally Yours guest appearance as Aldrict, described as a troublemaker who has a history with Liz. Part of the reason for Aldrict’s visit is that the coven helmed by Liz and Charles is hosting an initiation party for a new vampire, prompting invitations to members of their community, which happens to include him.
Fans will also get a closer look at Jesse’s (Parker Young) vampire origin story, as we uncover more about the coven member’s history. Whether it will uncover the history of Jesse’s relationship with his human wife Phyllis (Rose Abdoo) will remain to be seen.
In the meantime, CBS has unveiled a couple of first-look photos of Hiller’s Aldrict alongside other guest characters, Drusilla (Cat Lemieux) and Vlad (Julian Richings). The episode titled “The Mistake” is set to air on Thursday, October 22.
Along with having appeared in Ghosts and winning an Emmy for his work on Somebody Somewhere, Hiller enchanted audiences as Dale in Apple TV’s award-winning comedy Widow’s Bay earlier this year, making this Eternally Yours guest role that much more exciting. Check out the first-look photos above, and stay tuned for more on Hiller’s appearance as Eternally Yours‘ arrival approaches.
