President Donald Trump admitted he has “very severe problems” when talking to reporters after a live luncheon his administration hosted in the White House Rose Garden to honor first responders.

When asked about the danger of first responders resorting to drugs and alcohol to manage stress, Trump said, “You know, I’m fortunate. I don’t smoke, and I don’t drink, and I have no longing to drink,” Trump said. “I have friends, they drink, and they have a real hard time.”

“I have other problems. I have some very severe problems, but those are not one of them,” Trump continued. “I don’t want to add them to the list.”

Trump then said, seemingly catching himself, “Now the press is going to say, ‘What problem does he have? Let’s figure it out.’ I probably set myself up for that one. They’re going to say, ‘He said he’s got some serious problems. What are they?’”

It’s unclear what problems Trump may have been alluding to, though his administration has faced numerous federal lawsuits and accusations of corruption. Medical experts have suggested that Trump may also have serious health problems, including a heart issue, brain damage caused by a possible stroke, or other possible neurological issues.
