Thank you for your time today. Let’s jump in. The New Year is here, did you set any resolutions or intentions this year you can share with us?
Hello! Yes, let’s jump right in! 2019 was such an amazing, transformative year. I am so thankful for all the blessings last year brought me… Which makes me all the more excited to see what 2020 has in store! My biggest resolution for this year is to be more mindful, and take time to breath! I love being busy and working at 100 mph, but taking time for self care is essential. Taking care of yourself is a beautiful thing!
We love watching you perform, you always give it your all. Do you draw inspirations from watching other musicians play? If so, who?
Thank you, yes performing has always been one of my favorite things to do in the world! Watching performers like Rihanna, and Beyonce have always been so inspiring to me… Seeing them intoxicate a crowd is nothing short of magic. Watching them on stage, always pushes me to give it my all. I definitely stand on the shoulders of giants 🙂
Tell us do you have a song that you play every show no matter what?
Since I’ve been in the studio working on my record for the past 7 months or so, I’ve taken a small step back from performing. I am happy to announce that I have been in rehearsals with my phenomenal band gearing up for new shows! So a song that I can’t go without playing is my song called “Blackout”… It is such an electric song, I can’t wait for everyone to hear it!
What would you say your guilty pleasure is?
Hmmm, I would say my guilty pleasure is watching reality TV lol! After a long day, settling in and watching ‘The Real Housewives’ or ‘Vanderpump Rules’ is so fun. It’s a nice way to mentally detox haha!
Share with us, what was the last concert you attended?
The last concert that I went to was the Arctic Monkeys at the Hollywood Bowl! I went with my sister, and we had the best time. Their music is such a vibe, and hearing them at a venue like the Hollywood Bowl was an experience I will cherish for a long time.
Anything else you would like to share?
Yes, I have a lot of things in the works! Shows, videos, and the release of my debut record! My producer Warren Huart and I have put so much into this project, we are thrilled to be able to share it with everyone. Stay tuned, because it’s going to be unreal!
